Legal Terms of sazka-promo.cz

These terms set out the rules for the relationship between the operator of sazka-promo.cz and everyone who visits it. The operator can be reached at contact@sazka-promo.cz. The site is an independent project that provides information about the Sazka Hry brand and contains affiliate links.

The following terms are used throughout this document:

• Website: the pages available at sazka-promo.cz;
• User: any natural or legal person who visits the website or uses its content in any other way;
• Affiliate link: a link leading to the site of a gambling operator or one of its business partners; a click on it may earn the website operator a commission.

Binding rules for playing are always issued by the gambling operator. For the Sazka Hry brand this is Allwyn Česko a.s., IČO 26493993, Evropská 866/69, 160 00 Praha 6, a company holding a licence from the Czech Ministry of Finance. The company can be looked up in the MF ČR Whitelist, the list of licensed operators.

sazka-promo.cz, by contrast, is an independent source of information. It publishes overviews, reviews and news on online gambling with an emphasis on the Sazka Hry brand, but it does not run any gambling, and its operator is not a gambling operator under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling. It is not possible to create a player account, deposit funds, play or verify identity here. The content serves for information only.

For the purposes of this section, the website's content means all of its texts, graphics, structure, databases and source code. This content is protected under the Copyright Act, i.e. zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., in its current wording. Outside personal use, it may be used only with the operator's prior written consent; without it, the content may not in particular be copied, adapted or passed on.

The Sazka Hry trademarks need to be seen differently. They do not belong to the website operator, who has no rights to them; they are the property of their owner. The website uses them only descriptively, to identify the brand and products to which the information relates, and such use does not establish a relationship between the website operator and the owner of the marks.

Notice to users: the website contains affiliate links.

• Where they lead: to the pages of a gambling operator or its business partners.
• What the website operator gets: a commission may be paid after a click.
• What it costs the user: nothing, as no additional fees arise.
• What they influence: nothing in the website's content, neither the order nor the rating of information.

The notice is based on the requirements of zákon č. 634/1992 Sb., on consumer protection.

1. The website operator strives, to a reasonable extent, to keep information correct and current. It cannot be ruled out, however, that some of it will be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
2. The content is purely informational and is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
3. Users must verify every piece of information in official sources, mainly directly with the gambling operator, before deciding anything.
4. The website is not answerable for third-party sites that its links lead to, or for their content and availability. Likewise, it is not responsible for the gambling operator's offers and conditions.
5. In legal relationships between the user and the gambling operator, the website operator does not have the position of a contracting party.
6. The website bears no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from the use of information or services from third parties.

• Who may use the website: only persons over 18 years of age.
• Confirmation: the user declares that they are over 18.
• Younger persons: they are prohibited from using the website.

With regard to gambling, which is regulated by zákon č. 186/2016 Sb., we display this warning: “The Ministry of Finance warns: Participation in gambling may lead to addiction.” 18+

The website processes personal data under zákon č. 110/2019 Sb. on the processing of personal data, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and under other rules that apply to processing. The scope, purpose and method of processing are explained in detail in the privacy policy, which also covers cookies, governed by § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.

Relationships arising in connection with the website are assessed under the Czech legal order, first and foremost the Civil Code, together with other relevant regulations. The general court of the website operator in the Czech Republic has jurisdiction over disputes.

A user acting as a consumer may resolve a dispute out of court. The body to contact is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, website www.adr.coi.cz. Please note that the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) has been discontinued and is therefore no longer available for submitting disputes.

The version of the terms that applies is always the one currently published on the website, because each new version takes effect at the moment of publication. The website operator may change and supplement the terms unilaterally at any time, so users should read them on an ongoing basis; doing so is their obligation. If they continue to use the website after a change, they thereby agree to the current version.

This provision concludes the terms of use. They take effect on the day they are published on the website, and anything not expressly regulated in them is governed by the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
