Who Is Responsible for Your Data
The operator of sazka-promo.cz is the controller of the personal data processed on this website. It decides for what purposes and by what means those data are used, and it is your point of contact for every privacy question. You can reach it at contact@sazka-promo.cz.
Overview of Processed Data
Technical data. A visit involves processing your IP address, the browser, operating system and type of device you use, the time of access and the URLs of the pages you view. We need these to run and secure the website and for analytical purposes.
Cookies. An overview and an explanation of how they are used are given in the chapter on cookies.
Correspondence data. If you write to contact@sazka-promo.cz, we process what the message contains, such as your email address, the content and any signature.
The sazka-promo.cz website processes no more than its operation, security, analytics or the handling of enquiries require. It collects no data connected with gambling, identity verification or payment transactions and does not work with data of Sazka Hry players.
Three Purposes, Three Legal Bases
Every processing operation on the website has its own purpose, a legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR and a period for which the data are kept:
- Cookies for analytics and marketing. They are stored only if you give your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). This lasts until you withdraw consent, or according to how your browser is set.
- Your email enquiries. Processing relies on performance of a contract or on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)). We keep the data only until the enquiry is resolved, never longer than 6 months.
- Functioning and security of the website. The basis here is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention is 12 months at most, or follows technical capabilities.
Everything takes place under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR, under the Personal Data Processing Act (No. 110/2019 Coll.) and under § 89 of the Electronic Communications Act (No. 127/2005 Coll.).
Data Recipients
We do not hand personal data over to unverified entities, and third parties receive them only where a legal basis exists. Access may be given to two groups of recipients connected with running the website and its analytics:
- Hosting and CDN: ensure that the pages operate, stay available and are secure.
- Web analytics: evaluates statistical traffic data that help optimise the website.
Providers are not named individually unless they can be publicly identified within the website.
If the Provider Is Based Outside the EU
Will your data leave the EU/EEA? That depends on which services the website uses.
- Yes, if the website uses, for analytical purposes, a tool from a provider based outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. The transfer is then based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, which protect the data at an adequate level.
- No, if the website uses no service outside the EU/EEA.
What Rights You Have as a Data Subject
Act No. 110/2019 Coll. and the GDPR grant you the following rights:
- Withdrawing consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it. The lawfulness of earlier processing is not affected.
- Objection. You may raise one against processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
- Portability. If processing is automated and based on consent or a contract, you can rely on the right under Art. 20 GDPR.
- Restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR.
- Erasure, also called the “right to be forgotten”, under the conditions laid down in Art. 17 GDPR.
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
- Access to the data we process (Art. 15 GDPR).
Exercising Rights by Email
